  • They have the absolute worse customer service ever!!!! They overcharge you all the time maybe in hopes that we don't notice and I didn't for a while. The people you speak to are so rude! They act like they are the only ones and we are lucky to use and pay for their service. My fiancee called and tried to cancel and again they were so rude. I will be canceling but today is Sunday. Go through another company they are horrible!! If I could give them no stars I would. I should have known though because when they were supposed to show up and set me up, they never showed, not just once but twice!
