This review is for their new payment processes. Service wise they are OK. Shutting a customer off, right after you switched billing practices, with NO NOTIFICATION is NOT RIGHT! Nothing was left on my door....and yes...I did get a bill and it did not state ANYWHERE I was in danger of disconnection. All of the sudden, my electricity was shut-off and I had to pay for past due services AND the balance that wasn't even past due yet (still had 5 days). Watch...they will probably say I now have to pay a deposit. I was forced to pay a deposit upfront the first time which I was able to call back and get refunded to me. This is their standard practice....great way to make interest $$ off of your deposit.
