  • Couldn't be better! J.D. is professional, honest, communicative, funny, & does ridiculously outstanding work. Having my 2010 Traverse detailed was a breeze. Easy to communicate with & No BS. Totally cool. Offered to give me a ride after dropping my car before I had even thought of it. The clay treatment he does before waxing give the outside a feel that I can only compare to a new book cover mixed with a soft river rock. Cheesy as it sounds - I actually feel that I now understand the word "Sleek"! My Traverse's primary issues were water spotting on the cloth seats & all the grungy stuff in the hard-to-reach spots on the console/etc. Completely taken care of! Like it had never existed. And last but Not least : It smelled like cake mix. Wonderful.
