  • this is at the boulevard mall. i made an appt. mote than a week ago. called in the a.m. to confirm appt. with dr. mai at 3:15 p.m. i arrived 15 minutes early at 3 p.m... waired until 3:45 p.m.after 30 minutes went to the receptionists and got my co-pay given back to me. this doctor did not have the decency to send someone out to me in the waiting area to say that he was running late. he obviously has no respect for me and neither does the staff here who were just wandering around looking at me and not reminding him of his schedule. i could have sat there for another hour or 2 as far as they were concerned. if he has so little respect for his patients why would he care about the quality of his work. this place is a factory. get people in and sell them as much as possible and get them out. churn em' and burn em' is what i observed in my wasted 30 minutes.
