  • My fiancĂ© and I stopped in to Chalmers while we were browsing for engagement rings in November. Travis and Liz were right on with their personable salesmanship! We told them exactly what we were thinking for engagement styles and they showed us a great number of rings fitting those criteria, as well as helped us understand some of the choices we were considering. They were very receptive to our needs and thoughts, educated us on some items we were not aware of, and most importantly didn't try to upsale us! In fact, they saved us several thousands of dollars! We loved the ring my fiance found for me and I have gotten endless compliments to the tune of "that has to be the coolest ring I've ever seen" and "wow that is completely YOU"! It was a complete surprise when my fiance proposed to me Cinderella style over Christmas. He said he'd liked his experience at Chalmers and the ring he found so much, that he'd gone in to purchase it the week after we visited the store with zero hesitation. Thank you for playing a huge part in this romantic proposal! Such a positive experience we're sharing with everyone!
