  • We had heard this was a a bad place but it's so close, we couldn't NOT try it. Our mistake. The food was ok in that chain Mexican way. But the frozen margarita was awful. I actually sent it back--and I never do that. It had no flavor and no alcohol. It should have been a clue when the waitress asked if I'd ever had one there before (when I ordered). She later told us that they get a lot of complaints about the frozen variety. Not good for a place called Top Shelf!
