I had high hopes for this being a wonderful stay. I had made my reservations in advance and paid in full in advance. The front desk was very nice a little slow with the people ahead of me, but I can understand language barriers when they're dealing with people who barely speak English. I then got my turn and check-in was handled easily. So I went off to my room. As I went into the room I noticed there were ashtrays. As I had paid in advance for a non-smoking room so I immediatly went back to the front desk. At the front desk I was told then my reservation held me a spot in the hotel, but did not guarantee non-smoking I said this was unacceptable and I needed to have it fixed I was told there was one other room in the place and it too was a smoking room. I walked away as the clerk repeated their policy, in a wonderfully smooth voice. I am sure that this verbage was repeated any times to many people. When I pay in advance and make my request, I expect it to be there. This is a dealbreaker and will forever put this beautiful facility on the buyer beware list. I won't be returning, ever.
The room was clean I got to give them that and did not have a smoky smell to it. I got to give it to them that they clean very well, but I was extremely disappointed and upset that I didn't get what I paid for in advance. For this reason I'm going to give them a pretty low review no matter what the rest of the facility. Yes the parking was wonderful and easy, OK for water pressure was great, The towels were nice okay. The TV works great, but give me what I paid for in advance or tell me in advance that you're going to give me whatever you damn well please when I get there. Beware go somewhere else there are many choices in Las Vegas, I will be using them
