  • Extremely rude service trying to get a new passport. The women at the front desk yelled at us for not standing on a spot that was not put on a sign or anything. We stood on the spot and another lady yelled at us that we were in the way but we clearly weren't. They were abusing their authority. The women who put in my information spelled my last name wrong and also messed up my passport. These individuals should not be working here because they are rude and unqualified.
