  • Trustworthy. Kind. True to their word. Integrous. Competitive Prices. Consistently gone up and beyond... are just a few of the words that I never thought I would put together to describe an automotive service facility. This team at Greenway and the 51 has won my business over and over again. I have nothing but high praise for Jimmy and Mike and the different techs who have worked on my truck. I have (unfortunately) had to be calling on their services several times in these last few months (vehicle has 200,000 miles so it was unexpectedly-expected). Ever time I have walked in last minute, even with bays busy and filled with vehicles, rows of ticketed orders on their desk and the phone ringing, I have always felt as if I was their only customer and their most valued customer. And I have also had times to talk to their techs one-on-one and they have all been very professional, kind, and personally and genuinely expressed how much they enjoy working at this facility (because I asked them specific and direct questions about this - and for my line of work I know if not being truly honest and they guys REALLY do enjoy working there!). With humor I will say I hope I never have to see these guys again, (except for oil changes) but if I do I will know I will be well taken cared for and be charged very fair prices for the work that would need to be done.
