It's the place you stay due to budget, not desire. Harrah's though on the strip near other nice casinos and hotels is definitely a level below others. The casino is fairly small and feels dated. The rooms are small and feel dated, unkept, and slightly unclean. My dresser was broken though fixed unexpectedly a few days into my stay. A ludicrous long hair remained a fixed to the one sink that I was afraid to touch for the full week of my stay. The "strip view" was somewhat obstructed by the building and odd tilt of the window and also quite noisy at night thanks to music playing over the strip through the night. Service was begrudging at best at reception though the cleaning staff seemed friendly. It's an option for the strip but honestly for a little bit more you can be so much more comfortable elsewhere.
