got a groupon for a photofacial. had a lengthy phone convo discussing my skin concerns and being assured this would be a great procedure for me. I arrived early for appointment and sat for 30 minutes before being taken into a room. After my makeup was removed I was told a photofacial would make my skin worse and that I needed a $200 different procedure that I could book for a different time/date. my $70 groupon could be used for a different procedure but not products (that were recommended). The technician did put some sunscreen on me before I left but when I got to the car I saw it wasn't even rubbed in. My groupon had technically expired at this point so I couldn't obtain a refund from groupon. The waiting is what really irked me. I was on my lunch hour and if I had the procedure, would of been late back to work. I found the procedure recommended at another place and am very happy with the results (for 1/2 the price they were charging).
