I had an awful experience here! I called in the morning I was going dress shopping and I knew it would be unlikely to get an appointment on such short notice but they gave me a time to come in thinking they would have some time to let me try on a few dresses. So I showed up at that time and immediately felt rushed. I let them know of my budget for my dress and they looked at me like "why are you here?" All of the dresses were over my budget but they said I should still try some on. I forgot the girl who helped me but I know she had dyed red hair. She was awful! I pretty much put the dresses on my self. she was rushing me through every dress and kept on commenting about my budget price and that I should throw out the price I had in mind because its about what I want not how much money my parents were willing to spend. I am so grateful that my parents are willing to help me with my dress and I would never take advantage of them and their generosity. So to have someone basically tell me well screw them made me upset.
I also feel like trying on wedding dresses should be a special experience for a bride. And they never made me feel special. They made me feel like I didn't belong and that I was a waste of their time.
I ended up finding 2 dresses I actually really loved so this girl that was helping me swore she had this brilliant idea of how to help me decide between the 2. I put one of the dresses on and then she told me to close my eyes while she basically laid the the dress on top of me because she didn't want to have to keep putting me in dresses. It was completely ridiculous! I honestly fell in love with a dress there and because of my experience it made me not want it. It was really disappointing. If they would have tried a little harder and been more respectful they would have had a sale! But because of their crappy service II refuse to give them any money.
