  • I used to browse their online shop befoe this store opened in Toronto... Cute clothes and reasonable prices, but did not want to pay shipping charges. When this store opened in Toronto, I went to check it out a few times. Just like other reviews for different Brandy Melville locations, the service is horrible. Still cute clothes, but prices are obviously more expensive than the american pricing online. Quality isn't the greatest, so prices aren't really justified - there are a few cute boho pieces here that I like, but could probably be found elsewhere for cheaper. When I was shopping and checking out their jean shorts, the security tag fell off the shorts. I immediately brought it to the cashier so she could reattach it. I explained what happened and she just looked at me with this blank stare, and did not say a word. So I just said 'okay... nevermind' and kept shopping. I brought 2 pairs of shorts with me into the change room, and the second pair's security tag fell off, too - without even touching it. No other employee asked if they could help me find anything - they all just talked among themselves. Clearly the employees hired here are not trained, for anything, at all. Anyway, bottom line - some cute styles, decent pricing, terrible service.
