  • I wish I had read The Yelp reviews before committing to do business with Dan Bradley... it's going on over 3 weeks waiting and waiting for my mirror to be installed and when it finally gets here ( after many phone calls and promises of getting answers with no phone calls returned... I've had to call and call to find out what's going on!!) finally the day comes to install and the installer breaks my mirror... leaves my home but doesn't clean-up the mess that is left behind on my wall... this all is happening on a Friday afternoon after waiting around for 3 hours ( they did not make the 3 hour window that was given to me for the installation) and once again having to call on my own to see where my installers are!! How disappointing!!! It's hard for me to even rate Dan Bradley with one star. As I am writing this review the installer has returned to clean the resin that was left all over my wall ( that had a terrible order and would have been siting there on the wall until the mirror can be cut and brought back to my home , it's Friday and I was told it wouldn't be until the following week it will be ready!!) and continued to debate with me that before he left he scraped the resin off the wall, PEOPLE - please get other quotes before using this company!!
