  • Not the best in customer service. I did purchase the Groupon for this place. He was working on three other people while he did my hair. There was some hair stylist competition going on there at the time, with cameras and everything. I'm sure he was very distracted by that. He is definitely not a people person on the phone, he very abrupt. This isn't the place you want to go to if you're used to actually having a conversation with your hair stylist. I did NOT feel comfortable here. It was probably one of the most pretentious places I've ever been to. To top it off, he didn't listen to what I wanted. I wasn't really impressed with this place. I probably wouldn't go back. I've found cheaper, better places where the stylists aren't full of themselves.
