  • the products seem to be good... the staff with information about how to take care of your pool/spa really, really not good... one day you're told one thing by a staff member and the next time another tells you no, you should have done this... and so it goes around in a circle... now i have average intelligence but have never had a spa or pool before so all this is new to me..... i thought i could rely on info given to me by the "professionals".. i found that i could not.... i had a question and i actually received 3 different answers from 3 different sales people.. not just once but every time i needed info! ..gee, which answer do i go with? ,, who knows.. .. i have never felt so frustrated in trying to obtain clear info as i have dealing with this group... i really mean it ... they truly need to get it together....
