  • We moved in to Maravilla in January and have been very pleased with the service and the apartments. Sales department makes you feel like you are right at home, and then when you meet the residents you know right away you have made the right decision. Great activities plan and something for all to do all day long. Yes price is high for buy in ,but you get what you pay for. We hope more of our fiends realize they should do this while they can still enjoy participating in the activities!!!
