  • I've gotten 12/13 tattoos done here, most by the same guy (Gord). The atmosphere inside is hard to explain - basically if you are "new" to the world of ink, you may face some condescending behavior and high prices. The more frequently you go, the better the prices get. What I paid for my first tattoo was way higher than what I paid for my 8th, my 8th one being significantly larger. When I went for my last tattoo it had been awhile and the price was back up again. As some have mentioned, Rodney can be rude but the most I ever experienced was brisk-ness. Gord is a great tattoo artist, a perfectionist and a fantastic designer when you have a vision you need help putting into an image. It's unfortunate that people have had to deal with an unfriendly reception as it really colours the entire experience. The artists continue to do good work (from my experiences) but as it is with everything else - go in and see what kind of vibe you get before you decide to lay down the cash.
