  • I haven't even visited the office yet and have to give them 1 star. I scheduled an appointment for my 10 year old daughter for a Thursday morning. I took the day of from work and my daughter took the day off from school. About two hours prior to our appointment their office calls to reschedule us because the doctor is sick. Now I explain that my daughter and I both took the day off for this and asked if there was another doctor we could see. They said that he is the only doctor that can handle this. This is an orthopedic center, they specialize in fractured bones and there's only one doctor. We both now have to take Friday off as well for the reschedule, I hope the doctor still isn't sick. Anyways, I will update my review after our visit. *Update* Well, we went in to to see the doctor and it was not a bad experience at all. The wait was very short and the staff was very friendly including the doctor. He even apologized for the reschedule, could have waived copay but oh well. Just be prepared for a lot of paperwork if it's your first visit.
