  • If you don't have an eye for quality then this the perfect place for you. They should change their name from Volare to "Lipstick on a pig" Everything looks "Nice" but is very cheap. "Wood floors" are lamonent. The kitchen is made out of very cheap wood, all the handles fall off of everything. My dryer went out and took them two weeks to fix. As well as my garage door that wouldn't shut. Screws and nails all over my garage when I moved in, and the bathroom. The pool took two months longer to complete than what was expected and still no tanning beds as promised. The place doesn't recycle. I did a year lease for $1130 a month and want to up it to $1300 if I would like to resign. Terrible place to live!
