  • UPDATE: Came here for a facial and was sorely disappointed. Will continue visiting for threading services but nothing more. During the facial, she was kneading my face like she was preparing to make chapatis. It was very rough and uncomfortable. The gentle skill required for a good relaxing facial was simply absent. She also had long fingernails that were scratching my face every time she applied products during the facial. The technique used to apply product on my face was the same technique one would use to apply spackle to dry wall. Overall, very unpleasant experience. 2 stars because I can tell she tried her best and, I liked the products used. Skill set to provide a comfortable experience was just absent. I'm going to stick to just getting threaded here.
