  • I have been with them for about 10 years. Rarely have any issues so I'll give them that. I even had my car loan through them with a great interest rate. I had an issue where I took my car insurance off of autopay, paid the insurance by phone. I called my bank and told them this information on the exact day that it happened so they knew that nothing should be coming out of my account as I did not put any money in there. The money was taken out anyway. I called my insurance, they admitted it was a mistake on their part. I go to the bank to talk about the $300 in fees they charged. When I spoke to a customer service rep, she told me to take in proof that I removed the autopay before a certain day. I did this. The guy I spoke to at a different branch downtown told me that autopay takes a while to come off of an account and apologize that that was not explained to me. He said he'd email my branch on Lake Mead and Nellis and talk to Sunshine about getting the fees removed. I didn't even get to speak to Sunshine, she told her assistant that she reviewed the account and the charges would stand. I was shocked.. I've been banking with you for 10 years and due to me being given the wrong information by my insurance AND a customer service rep from your bank, I have to pay $300 in fees? I will never bank here again.
