  • I try to avoid the strip at all costs but I really wanted the Palm Springs mini backpack that showed out of stock online. I called in and they said that the only store in Vegas that had it was the one in Forum shops and it was "limited quantity". I booked it over there and this nice associate asked me right away what I was looking for. She proceeds to tell me that I was lucky with the last one that they just put out on display. They walked me to the counter, offered me a drink (like most luxury shops) and then assisted me with finding a wallet. Overall my experience was A1, I couldn't be happier with everything!
