  • We went there with our sister-in-law who had just lost her husband to cancer. She wanted to sell her car and we were greeted with kindness. While we were waiting for her appraisal to be completed my husband and I started looking for a reasonably priced SUV. The salesperson didn't pressure us at all. He answered our questions, ran payment scenarios, and continued checking on the status of the appraisal. While the cash offer didn't work out for our Sister-in-Law, she was appreciative of the service she was provided. After she went home we test drove a KIA Sorrento that we had been checking out. Once back on the lot we purchased the KIA Sorrento. The process was fast and easy. CarMax made the buying experience far superior than any other car buying experience we have had in the past.
