  • Ever since they started expanding around town, service went from michelin level to starbucks level. The cake craft quality also went down. Before, there's hardly any scars or blotches on their cake. Now, its pretty much on all of their cakes and it's pointless to complain as customers anymore. I will be looking at other places to get my sugar treats. It's not worth to pay $8 for cakes that look like you can get from Longos, served by arrogant servers that rudely smack customer's table when serving a glass of water.
