  • Our most recent Hertz rental took us to Lenoir and Asheville, North Carolina. The car was a new Dodge Traveler. It had less than 5.000 miles when we picked it up. Being a member of Hertz's Gold Plus Rewards program, we went across the street to the pick up center, looked up our name on the list, found the space indicated, put our bags in the back, and drove to the exit gate. There, the Hertz representative offered smiles and friendly service with a "no worries" attitude. The car provided flawless performance, was carefree, and a joy to drive. Check in was simple and efficient. They put a receipt in our hands, and we were off to our flight back to San Francisco. Enjoy!
