  • It seems like every time I came in. It takes a long process to go over the paperwork. People are nice and courteous except for one. He took my notes away from me that he could not comply with my request by giving me the copies and for him to keep the originals. I had to talk to his supervisor. His supervisor, Joe suggested that he wrote the white out on my handwriting. I had to dispute to have all notes shredded. I do not know if that occurred. It gave me difficult experiences that I would not want to come back. At first, there's a different guy who would allow me to take the notes on another day. Until now, that guy with minimal experiences or happened to be very distress or try to be perfectionist over everything. I would say he does not show his professionalism or courtesy after all.
