  • This place is terrible stay away. My uncle was sent here after an extended stay at Mayo Hospital. The staff at Life care did not follow the specific Doctors orders that were given to the Life Care staff. He had a follow-up at the hospital and transport was arranged by LifeCare. During his visit with his doctor he was he told me his chest was hurting. I checked his Oxygen tank that Life Care also provided for transport and it was EMPTY. He was then readmitted to Mayo. Yes he does have some serious health issues but skilled care is not what he received. The great PEOPLE at MAYO saved the day by getting him a FULL oxygen tank.
