rev:text	I moved down to Phoenix, driving my 2000 Accord along the way, and almost immediately my car was stolen. I was in no position to buy a new car at the time, and was consequently ride-less for longer than anyone would imagine being a comfortable amount of time. After growing out of my young and ignorant-to-credit phase (with the help of a job as a debt collector), I realized I had better start preparing for the future. I did a lot of planning and saving, and decided that I wanted to stick with the reliability of the Honda brand name. After researching for weeks and months I found the year and model I wanted, a 2004/2005 Civic, and there were a few available around town. I have to admit, there were two other dealerships that had the car for much cheaper than Earnhardt. However, where others failed, Earnhardt succeeded. Being a first time buyer, my options were limited, but Earnhardt (with the help of the staff in the "Mr. Ed" credit department) guaranteed and assured me that there would be no problems (and unbelievably there weren't!). I showed up after closing on Thanksgiving day weekend, fresh off the lot of a competing dealership (that COULDN'T get the job done) and these gentlemen were more than happy to get me on the road in the car of my choice (at the price I WANTED!). In a matter of time they had all the paperwork set and the keys to my shiny new car in my hand. The experience wasn't one of my dreams (hence the respective rating) due to: the total price with included warranty, gap coverage, etc., and the refusal of the salesman to negotiate the price after I arrived and before closing (based on trim package and accessories)... but when it comes down to it I thank these guys to myself every time I step into my beautiful, reliable, gas-sipping 2004 Honda Civic...
