| - Atlasta catered our daughter's recent wedding at Desert Botanical Garden. Throughout the planning process, Alice Palmer and Steve Short (the owner) were responsive to our questions, open to our ideas, and eager to please. They arranged for tastings around our schedules, and made sure we were perfectly comfortable with all of our selections. The day of the event, they were no less than spectacular. It started with the watercress and artichoke salad we had selected. The watercress was amazingly fresh, and the dressing complimented its freshness without overpowering it. Our guests raved about the salmon and rib eye, and the vegetarians loved the unusual (but delicious) potpie selection. All the food was served at the right temperature, and no one had to wait while others were eating. The service staff was attentive, polite, but also unobtrusive - if they weren't serving you or clearing your plate, you didn't notice them at all. Atlasta's entire team was highly professional and courteous. It's obvious that they love what they do and want to make sure your event works out exactly the way you want. We could not be happier that we chose Atlasta for our event.
