  • Property Manager is extremely rude, and new management is terrible. They expect you to pay for a Class A apartment when you get Class D service. The Property Manager is extremely rude and condescending to everyone. She has the WORST customer service skills I have ever seen in my life, and she is quite ill equipped to be in the position that she is. I would NOT recommend anyone move in here. There are much better properties in Scottsdale that are maintained to a certain level of standard that this property is not.
