  • Low rating because mediocre customer service. Unfriendly receptionist and masseuses. Went for couple's massage. Massage was just average as well. The only friendly people were the filipino workers, whose vibe already felt friendly without even speaking to them, but the receptionists really seem cold and even if they try to act polite, you still feel like it's not genuine. The place itself is nice, steam room is nice but could be hotter. Lounge room is cozy. Changeroom is alright, not as fancy as other high-end spas but still okay. What killed the experience was the unfriendly staff. Management should do a better job at hiring genuinely friendly people. Customer service makes a big difference
