  • I stayed here for the first time for Rollercon 2016 from July 27 - July 31. There were some ups and downs while here. Lets talk about the downs. 1. The elevators are horrible! They take forever and only seem to have 1 of the 4-5 working at a time. And this is on ALL the towers! Not just the central tower where I was staying. 2. There was apparently a flooding in the basement which in turn cut the power to many of the rooms. My room, personally, wasn't effected by this. However, I noticed that the customer service was very curt and out right rude to the others that were effected. 3. The parking garage was a hassle to get in and out of. But this was more of an inconvenience then a complete down. 4. The PizzaHut NEVER OPENED!! They kept saying 'Oh it will open in a few hours' or 'Ya its just closed today and thats it' but it NEVER OPENED! 5. You can't use a bellcart without having someone load it up and then take it to your room. Which also takes forever. I, sorta, understand not allowing me to take the bellcart myself but when I load it I expect you then to follow me up with it. Don't make me wait 30 mins for my own luggage! Lets talk about the ups. 1. The store that sales all the possible items you forgot for your trip. The sales reps there were very nice and pleasant. 2. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. 3. We were left alone in our room with all the food and drinks we had purchased. 4. The pool is very nice
