  • Wow! Not exactly the traditional bingsoo I am used to, but very good! We have missed having a bingsoo place around here so we were so excited to come try out Ice Lab. The employee in the store was very nice and helped explain everything. He told us this a modern twist on a traditional bingsoo and explained how everything is made. After we ordered he even gave us a sample of a flavor since we had a hard time deciding which flavor we wanted. So nice! When it was ready, it was so beautiful. He really put effort into making it look delicious! We will definitely come back. The portion was big, definitely could split one next time. Hope to bring family members with us next time we come back.
