Just got home from this great feast!!! I mean fest....I mean BOTH!! My 4 yo and I showed up almost 2 hours after opening to find lots of people and even better, lots of food!!! My daughter and I were directed to get in line for the bbq sticks asap by the lady that exchanges money for tokens. Good thing we did because they were busy!!! Next we wandered down the line trying to figure out what's next! I knew from all the reviews pad thai was necessary so we put our name down and kept browsing. We then found the roti station which definitely caught my daughters eye. While ordering we ran into Nik O. and after finding out she's a Chaiya veteran I asked her where the mango sticky rice was (we walked right by...duuuh.) After recieving our roti we made a b - line for the mango sticky rice and got the 2nd to last one!! Score!! After collecting all of our delicous food we sat down and enjoyed a roti and some bbq. I tasted the pad thai and while being too hot to consume (and too hot outside to cool it down) I was SUPER surprised how amazing it is!
All of our food is fantastic and all of those fantastic workers were sweet as can be!!! Next time I'm daring myself to try some desserts and I'm holding off the noodle soup for next time too ") I can't wait for next month!!!
