  • Bought a Buytopia voucher during the summer and tried to use it recently. I found that their app doesn't work and you can't even log out of it. Tried to book on their website but apparently you have to book 24 hrs in advance. Called the 1-855 number for immediate bookings and reached a driver who advised me to call a Montreal number. No one would pick up so I called the 1-855 number again and was advised of the local Toronto supervisors number. (Not sure why the driver didn't just give me that number in the first place.) Toronto Supervisor advised that they were not honouring the Buytopia voucher as Buytopia wouldn't pay them. Buytopia won't issue a refund because the vouchers are marked as redeemed. They claim to be a super premium service but with all the hassles just trying to book them it feels like you're dealing with amateurs. I fly every month and won't be giving Valair another chance just on my booking experience alone. Let alone the fact their voucher offerings are a scam.
