rev:text	I have been a customer for many years but I was only compelled to write a review today. There are a few things I want to address. First, the menu is extremely limited. I don't feel that the quality and presentation are up to par for such a limited menu. If you serve few things, those few things should be executed with perfection. Next, there is most always a wait here. I have seen the crowds and lines on the weekends. I never visit on the weekends because I don't believe that it is worth the wait. You can usually score a table with 5 mins or less wait during the week days, but you do need to arrive early. Now let's talk service. I consistently get trash service here. It's just one square room where the servers can see you all the time but seem to just avoid your eyes when you try to catch their attention. My drinks have always sat empty, even the water! They are always rushed and don't make friendly conversation. The one compliment I do have is that the food is always FAST here. The kitchen has their act together. Last, it is loud in there. The metal chairs scrape on the concrete floors, and those sounds combine with three dozen or so different conversations and kid noises. It is labor intensive to have a conversation! I don't want to have to scream at breakfast like it's a nightclub. This is allegedly a Phoenix great, but not for me. The food is okay, the service is bad, and the atmosphere is better than when it was in the little house, but still not good.
