I would give less than 1 star if Yelp would let me. This company has by far given me the WORST customer service of my life. When my cable company takes less time to help me that's how you know they straight up SUCK! The previous review says it's the management...well I call BS on that because bad management doesn't change the attitude of the employees. Your customers are not your management so therefore you better treat us with some freaking respect you jerks! I've called them five times with problems with my account since I signed up with them in August and all they have given me is scoffs, attitude, rudeness and condescending voices. One lady even threatened to hang up on me when I told her I wanted to talk to a manager! WTF you guys?! I am 22 years old and had never put a gas bill in my name before so I'm sorry if I don't know everything about your company and asked questions. Customer service? My dog could do a better job. All I hope is that every single one of you "customer service" reps are going through a low point in your life because otherwise there is no excuse for the way you treat your customers. Even then its no excuse you worthless pieces of human flesh.
