  • A resident of Los Angeles, I was visiting my parents for Thanksgiving weekend, and found myself needing a dress for my boyfriend's company Christmas party the following week. Designer couture dresses are readily available in various stores in Los Angeles (for a big $$), but not so much in Arizona. I was looking for a Jovani or Sherri Hill dress for the event and only two stores within a 50 mile radius seemed to carry those designers. The first, Roxanne's, a boutique in Scottsdale close to my house, has horrific customer service and a terrible selection to boot. I decided to make the commute from Paradise Valley to Chandler and give Hollywood Bling a chance. I am so glad that I did! Clara, the owner, is such a sweet woman, and her beautiful daughters who help her in the store, are also very amiable and accomodating. Not only did she give me a $100 discount on the Jovani dress (nearly sold out across the nation until February) that she had to special order from New York for me, but she also overnighted the dress to me just in time for me to wear it for my event. I'll be going to her for every occassion from now on. It's rare to find such quality customer service, especially when you're dealing with couture fashion, but Clara does it all. Great experience -- if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks, Clara!
