| - I was debating whether to give them a 2 or 3 star. I have to say that they deserve a recognition for their customer service; however, a 2 star at most for actual product quality. I got a 3 seater Remi back in Apr in white leather, got my product in May, which turn out to be a disappointment. It showed below average craftsmanship compared to their showroom model, lack of attention to details, etc. Called their customer service and they sent a technician to my place, he agreed immediately that this couch lacked the fine details they have in their store. They agreed to provide me a new one and I could keep the this one til the new one is ready. I was very happy up til this point. 2 weeks ago , I got my new couch, I could see visible improvement from the previous one, but 2weeks into using it, I noticed uneven/bumpy surface on the seating area and the edge. Very obvious when you look from a distance. I won't complain this time since i don't want to go through the hassle again, but this is not only my first, but also my last purchase from EQ3. The quality is just not worth the $$$. By the way, I ordered from Liberty Village store , not this one.
