  • If you haven't been here before they will give you a stack of papers to fill out that they then have to manually enter which takes around 10+ minutes (nothing is updated/electronic) in the meantime other patients will be pushed ahead of you because they only count the time they finish entering your forms as your check in, not when you actually arrived. I was also misdiagnosed and the problem continued for weeks after.
