  • I recently just renewed my lease, I moved from California to a new environment when I arrived and was apartment hunting I found The Venue, the staff there welcomed me and showed me my soon to be new home, I needed an apartment sooner than later and unfortunately the apartment I wanted was going to be available until a week or so. I explained how I was in need of a home asap and they helped me move in as soon as they could. ever since the move in I have loved my first apartment here, the staff is very friendly and whenever I have Any questions or concerns they address them right away! On top of that they host lots of resident events. My first apartment has been a great experience with The Venue, so much that they made me Renew my lease. All I want to say is keep up the good work staff!
