  • I was there a while ago I went to pick up my coupon for my prescriptions and came back again because It was expired I spoke to Ms. ASHLEY medical assitant in front I'm upset for driving 35 mins back put the coupon on her desk she reacted very rude and defensive and told me to go back after 1hr for the coupon and advise me to leave the clinic she was histerical and her voice is raising high. I was shocked on how she handle our conversation w/ no apologies at all and wanted me to leave in the clinic. I felt being harassed and billitered I was scared and very upset. I try to understand maybe she had a bad day I requested for clinical manager and she told me she was the manager. I've been to this clinic many times Dr. Safko is very good with his patient no doubt about it and I like he's service. But then again Ms. Ashley I think she needs help psychologically I hope this would never happen to anyone.
