  • I recently asked Allison to help sell my home in Las Vegas, NV while being out-of-state (living in CA). I had a very positive experience with her from the beginning of the process to the end. She is excellent at communicating either via email or text. Initially, she would send comps and then as we neared listing - would provide updated comps. She gave valuable feedback and suggestions on ways to improve the curb appeal of the home. She would also have her own personal recommendations in case I did not know of any landscapers or painters, etc. She even helped us out in the backyard pulling weeds one day! She also made time to meet me in person on short notice when I was actually there. And would later check on repairs for me. She provided ongoing feedback from other agents during listing process. We were also able to complete paperwork and forms via on-line without difficulty (again, being out-of-state) which was very helpful. I would definitely use Allison's services again!
