Came here craving Cajun food and am glad we did. Restaurant has about 8 parking spots in the rear. Service was very subpar especially since it wasn't busy. Had to ask 3 times for more butter. Waiter didn't come back to check on us. First cup of coffee was lukewarm.
But this place makes it up with good food EXCEPT the seafood gumbo. It was more on the watery side and bland to taste. We expected they would have good gumbo but it was not satisfying. Started with the fried oyster appetizer and found it weird to be at market price. The half order was so small and costs $13. It was good but not worth the money. The crawfish etouffee, however, was mind blowing. Maybe the best I had? So much flavor and many pieces of crawfish. Ended the meal with pecan pie and wowwwww! We licked the plate! Definitely coming back!
