An exceptional meal....
We took in a late lunch/early dinner or as Janeane Garofalo said it best, "Lupper or Linner"
At 3pm the restaurant was completely vacant on a Thursday
We had the opportunity to meet the staff and crew on a more intimate level. They had just come off of introducing new items to their menu and Brandon and Lina were very gracious
Our picks to share for two included: the deviled eggs, veal meatballs, BLTA salad, black rice risotto with oxtail, wild mushroom flatbread, tomato bisque and the donut bread pudding for dessert
Great attention to details in each dish for flavors and presentation
It was a joy to have the staff's attention as we can imagine the chaos the line endures at peak times
Highly recommend Carson to everyone who wants honest food lacking any pretense
