  • How is this hotel even open?! Our room was covered with disgusting thick red spiders. The pools were extremely dirty. The toilets in the bathrooms by the pool do not flush. And another bathroom we nearly got locked inside of, and there is no window or way out. This is a run down motel claiming to be a Hilton. The managers did absolutely nothing. I spoke to 4 different "managers." How does a hotel have 4 managers? And NONE of them addressed our problems. Call after call- with no call back. Looking at the reviews below, the main manager's name is in almost every review. And the regional managers do not bother to call back either. Clearly no one is running this place. City needs to come do inspections on the rooms and restaurant ASAP. I will say restaurant staff were friendly, but seeing the condition of the hotel and the careless managers, makes me concerned about the quality behind the restaurant. Do not be fooled by the photos. They do not represent the actual hotel.
