  • This place I can honestly say doesn't even deserve half a star. I called 2 days before to schedule an appointment at 1. I got here at 12:30, it is now 2.. People are walking into this place and they just keep taking them in or telling them to come back in an hr while there is already a line going. 1-there is 2 people that came in after me and are still waiting, I don't know if they had appointments. 2- 2 other people walk in, I hear them say they have appointments at 2. The owner then gets up and puts me in a chair to soak. 3- One of her workers gets done with someone and the owner tells her to service the 2 that just got here for their 2 o'clock appointment. How fair is it to service the 2 o'clock appointment while I'm still sitting here waiting for service with a 1 o'clock appointment and 2 other people? I get it this world isn't fair but business is business. Don't schedule appointments if you can't handle the work load. To make matters worse she tried to make an excuse that it's because of the holidays. Really?? If you have appointments then why take in the people that don't?
