There are pros and cons. I absolutely loved the dr I saw. For the first time in years I finally found someone who could help me, understood the problem, and created a plan for me. The biggest con is making the appointment. From insurance approval to appointment it was 5 weeks. Their phone system is bonkers and nobody calls back. Also I didn't care for the woman at the front desk. She clearly needs a vacation or a new job. She was easily frustrated and annoyed with patients in the office and on the phone. I understand it can be challenging to explain things to the elderly and it can be exhausting repeating the same conversation multiple times a day, however it doesn't justify rudeness and being condescending. If anyone EVER talked to my grandmother that, boy oh boy.
