Buyer Beware: Sold us the wrong car. This dealer gets a ZERO!
Dealership is non cooperative and does not care for their customers. Very low reviews and ratings on Google, Rip Off Report, etc. Poor customer service and no attention to detail. Information on paperwork didn't match contract. Technically drove around for over 2 weeks with a car that had the wrong Vin and Options. Took advantage of a female first time buyer. Rick laughed it off like it was no big deal. Now that I think about it they probably do this type of thing all the time that's why they were not shocked. Returned car to dealer. They tried to turn everything around on the buyer. It's been over 3 months, one complaint to better business bureau, one complaint report to Mazda direct and me purchasing a new car from a different Mazda dealer and still haven't been refunded the down payment.
